Landscape Planner (m/f/d)

In your position as a landscape planner (m/w/d), you take responsible tasks in the scenic and environmentally-planned support of our infrastructure and engineering projects – from basic assessment to approval to implementation at the construction site. In detail, this means: You are working on the landscape planning of our construction and infrastructure projects in all phases of the HOAI – mainly in the performance phases 1 to 5, from basic determination to execution planning. You develop functional and technically feasible solution proposals in the pre-planning, design and execution plans and determine the associated costs. You will start the scenic technical contributions to our construction projects as well as action concepts. You participate in the tendering and awarding of the landscape-planning services and enter this until the acceptance. You coordinate landscape planning closely with our technical planning departments, work closely with experienced project and construction lines and support communication with builders, authorities and specialist planners.

You have several years of professional experience in landscape planning (ideally from five years), preferably in the context of construction or infrastructure projects, and bring safety into the planning implementation. You have technical understanding of construction processes and ideally knowledge of planning and environmental law, HOAI and public procurement. You control the handling of CAD and GIS as well as the common MS Office applications; Experiences with BIM and AVA programs are a plus. You work independently, independently and task-oriented, remain flexible even with changing requirements and convince with organizational capacity. You bring team skills, willingness to use and a safe occurrence, and you like to work in an interdisciplinary manner with the other specialist planning. You master the German language in word and writing (C1).
