To strengthen our team in Schwerin / Parchim, we are looking for a painter, painter and floor coater (m/w/d)**

Your tasks include:

• all paintings in the interior of our real estate
• professional renovation of the apartments when changing tenants
• Facade work/ Facade repair work
• floor covering

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as painter and painter (m/w/d) with experience in the field of flooring laying
• reliable and conscientious operation
• a performance-oriented working style
• Flexibility and team orientation
• Class B driving licence
