Your role Support requirements management for contamination in new EUV lithography systems Define specifications for products, supplier parts and process chains with regard to cleanliness criteria Review initial samples and perform tolerance assessments for series parts Contribute to the development of new contamination metrology for EUV test setups and lithography applications Provide technical support to development partners and suppliers Coordinate lifetime testing as well as surface and coating analysis to investigate EUV and plasma interactions Take responsibility for core competencies in particle contamination prevention, particle measurement and generation Look forward to a highly challenging technical role in an innovative environment where you can apply and further expand your expertise at the interface of chemistry, physics and development.
