What expects you as a Business Intelligence Consultant (m/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere? Data Engineering & Modelling: In this role you design end-to-end data models, develop robust data pipelines and provide high-quality data products for internal stakeholders. Requirements & Governance: You work closely with business owners, prioritize reporting requirements and ensure the governance, quality and feasibility of all solutions. Insights & KPIs: With the help of BI and process mining tools, you translate business processes into concrete, action-relevant insights and define KPI frameworks to control efficiency, success and stability. S/4 migration: As part of our S/4 program, you support the migration of SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere and contribute to a smooth go-live. Digital Transformation: You are driving a data-driven corporate culture and aligning analytics solutions to the business goals in close cooperation with SAP and IT teams. Stakeholder Management: Together with SAP and IT operations, you manage the expectations of the stakeholders and deliver effective analytics and business solutions.

What do you bring as a Business Intelligence Consultant (w/m/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere? Education: You have a completed study of computer science, (economic) informatics, engineering, data science or a comparable subject. SAP expertise: You have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, well-founded hands-on experience with SAP BW and 1–2 years of practice with SAP Datasphere (SAP BDC / Datasphere). Modeling & Integration: You bring strong skills in semantic data modeling and have experience in integrating data from SAP and non-SAP systems for scalable analytic solutions. BI & Process Mining: You have experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik and/or Celonis and can transfer data to meaningful insights and resilient KPI frameworks. Transformations-Mindset: You can communicate safely in English and convince by a proactive, data-driven way of working with which you actively drive the digital transformation in the SAP and IT environment.
