Internship in the field of Global Talent Development (m/f/d)

From mid-March we offer you the opportunity for 3 to 6 months to get to know our unit 'Global Leadership, Learning & Talent Development'' and to participate in exciting, international topics in the field of personnel development. How can we develop talents optimally? In our team you will get to know various facets of talent management and gain insights into HR-specific topics such as recruitment, employee development and training at global level. You can support the People & Culture team in the conceptual development of these topics. In addition, you will be actively involved in the preparation, implementation and preparation of all processes within the framework of our global development programs and cultural initiatives, such as assessment centers or management development. You have innovative ideas and would like to translate them into practice? Then we define (part) projects with you, where you can take responsibility.
