Development, conception and further development of own event formats for daily guests of the island Full planning, organisation and implementation of events Development of creative event concepts including target definition and scheduling Coordination of internal and external participants (e.g. service providers, artists:in, technology) Preparation and evaluation of events Observing trends in the event area and introducing new ideas

Complete training or studies in event management, cultural management, marketing, gastronomic areas or comparable Experience in designing and implementing events Creative, structured and independent work Organizational talent with a high level of responsibility Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence Loadability and flexibility, even in event-intensive phases Safe handling of MS Office
