As a Managing Consultant (m/w/d), you decide how we think EC and Payroll with the customer, from best practices to dealing with country-specific accounting rules. No administration, no sitting: EC is not a maintenance topic for us, but a design order - on a basis that is long since. Experienced colleagues who share their knowledge. In our SuccessFactors team, you work closely with senior and managing consultants as well as the department manager and at the same time benefit from the exchange with a strong network of SAP consultants from different disciplines. Your tasks Global HR structures meet local payroll reality. You take responsibility at this interface. You design Employee Central as a reliable foundation for international HR landscapes and make sure that organizational structures, master data and payroll processes interact across borders. You develop viable EC and Payroll architectures: from the global master data and organization model to the integration of country-specific accounting and compliance requirements. You control international rollouts across all project phases – from analysis and solution design to customizing and testing to go-live and hypercare. You will keep in mind both the global template and the requirements of each country. You moderate key design decisions with HR, IT and Management. Where technical requirements, regulatory requirements and technical possibilities meet, you create clarity and lead the stakeholders to a resilient solution. You are developing our expertise in EC and Payroll, developing standards and empowering other consultants to take more responsibility in projects. Together we develop approaches to automate billing checks and identify compliance risks at an early stage. You decide which applications create real added value for our customers. Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile You know the technical and technical dependencies between Employee Central and Payroll and develop resilient solutions for international HR landscapes. That's what distinguishes you: At least five years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, predominantly in a consulting house. Several end-to-end implementations in a responsible role as well as sound project experience with Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll. Security in connecting global master data and organization models with country-specific accounting requirements and associated integrations. Experience in the professional management of a topic, project streams or project teams and the ability to make clear solutions even in complex requirements. Joy in sharing knowledge and developing other consultants professionally. Discipline leadership experience is welcome, but no requirement. Very good German knowledge for secure communication with our customers as well as readiness for project-dependent customer appointments.
