Creation and optimization of CNC programs for turning milling centers (preferably Mazak) Standardization of processing processes using parameter programs Creation and further development of tool plans and setup sheets, also automated Development of a standard tool catalog for setup time optimization Creation of 3D models and supporting 2D drawings Support for entry and continuous optimization of new programs with machine operators Data management for programs, tool plans and setup sheets Constructive communication on changes and improvements in the team

Completed training as machining mechanic Long-term professional experience in cutting or demonstrable programming skills Safe handling of 3D programming software (ideally ProfiCam) Previous knowledge of DIN ISO programming Knowledge of the operation of various machine controls (e.g. Mazatrol, Siemens) routine in the production of complex individual and microsize parts from special materials
