CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11.000 employees promote and accompany children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational training workshops and apprenticeships, as well as in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

CJD Berufsförderungswerk Koblenz non-profit GmbH is a established rehabilitation and education institution in the northern Rhineland-Palatinate. At the Vallendar site, we have received a facility with 35 children, young people and young adults and their support staff.

Our target group includes young people with complex restrictions and sometimes challenging behaviors. Many of them also have a marked reduction in intelligence. Together with a -engaged team of professionals, we create a -protected framework that focuses on individual promotion, participation and development.

Your New Task

• They accompany the young people in everyday life and support them e.g. B. when building and maintaining a daily structure**
• Individual pedagogical measures and Supplies in the group Plan your needs and implement them
• They promote communication and participation with targeted measures
• They give help for life planning and promote the self-employment
• If necessary, you will accompany the young people to the Advancement School, to Clinical and Doctoral Visits or to Consults
• You participate in Team talks and maintain a resident documentation

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree as a social pedagogue or in the field of social work
• Occupational experience in the above mentioned area of activity is desirable
• Request to enter Ukrainian culture
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills** are desirable, but not necessarily necessary
• They show interest in continuing training, especially with regard to work with people with challenging behaviour
• They have high empathy, Engagement and the Promotion to address the needs of young people.
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
