a successfully completed academic degree in a technical field (graduate Master/Uni-Diplom), and an at least two-year professional experience as a security specialist, preferably with activities in adult education (e.g. with the establishment of seminars or other operational educational formats), professional, didactic and methodological skills in the field of adult education, including targeted use of digital formats and media, knowledge in the handling of standard systems of information and communication technology (e.g. MS-Office) as well as digital competences or high affinity for digital communication forms, a highly responsible, planned and targeted task management and organisational capacity; analytical judgment and thinking, the pronounced ability to make decisions in their own discretion, strong communication skills as well as a friendly and value-adding handling, team and cooperation capability, social and methodological competencies for controlling external specialist groups or individual service providers such as lecturers, an exemplary behaviour in occupational safety, the willingness to expand knowledge and skills continuously and independently, readiness for multi-day missions.
