Project Coordinator (f/m/d) - Relocating the IT Infrastructure to the Azure Cloud

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for the IT infrastructure transfer project to Azure cloud at the earliest possible time: Project Coordinatorin (w/m/d) The job ownerin coordinates the THU2Cloud project at the university. With this project, the University's IT infrastructure will be completely transferred to the Microsoft Azure cloud within the next two years.

Planning, control and coordination of the cloud migration project Monitoring the progress of the project and identifying risks and problems Project-related reporting and project controlling University-wide coordination of the requirements of the various institutions of the university with regard to cloud migration Moderation and organisation of high school project meetings with the project core team and coordination with external project partners Organisation and implementation of high-school user training

A completed university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) of computer science, business informatics or business administration with a focus on information management and a comparable degree Experiences in project management, ideally in the field of IT migration and cloud technologies Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and virtualization Impressive communication and moderation capability, including in complex and political environments Very good organizational skills, problem-solving and decision-making The willingness to carry out professional and personal training Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments, preferably in an administrative environment are desirable. Confidence with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the public sector (e.g. data protection, IT security) is advantageous.
