You take over the management of the interfaces between operating, application software and the customer. You are the main representative for our logistics customers in terms of IT interfaces within the organization and act as a communicator (w/m/d) of the Hamburg location in a managed service environment. You develop and implement customer-specific and CVP processes. You support the department at the sites and support in case of problems. The creation of documentation and the execution of training are also your tasks. This position can also be occupied in parttime as part of a job sharing (Tandem work model).

You have a successfully completed commercial training in logistics or a comparable qualification. You have already gained professional experience in an IT-relevant environment and in project management in logistics. You have communication skills as well as team spirit and an independent way of working. You are interested in innovations and trends as well as autodidactic learning. You bring fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing round your profile.
