Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we shape the way to climate-neutral real estate management. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

• As a technical manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for permanent representation of the team management and for the technical management of the object management team (OMT) at the Erfurt site for service-used properties in Thuringia, among others: definition of the work objectives, tasks and priorities Planning an economic, efficient and timely performance of tasks in the OMT Development of decision-making templates for the departmental and main branch management, which are of national or cross-disciplinary importance Perception of coordination and controlling tasks Technical guidance and support of employees in the team especially in the technical field Perception of the technical building management on the OMT properties

• Depending on your qualification, you also take on further tasks... (a) in operational management, including:advancement and coordination of operator responsibility for the entire technical operation and operational safety of the plants and development of operator concepts Preparation of a sustainable technical building and monitoring and control of TGM service providers Creation of performance directories and performance descriptions for the technical field Initiation of measures to remedy permanent deficiencies or disturbances to technical installations and installation of the plants, possibly by TGM service providers Coordination and, where appropriate, implementation of planned and extraordinary visits after receipt of corresponding messages on damage to the property

(b) in construction management, including:determination of necessary and conditional construction tasks, including planning of financial expenses or Investment with the building administration or with third parties, if necessary with the aid of an external advisory service Coordination and determination of the nature and scope of the single building document (EBU) to be created by the construction administration or by third parties, initial project documentation (IPU) and the final project document (FPU) Perception of the interests of the builder and owner in the determination of needs and planning Cost estimation, awarding, monitoring the execution of the construction measures and controlling the progress of construction and the outflow of funds Organisation and implementation of construction work, enforcement of deficiencies

Qualification: Completed (special) university studies (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor/Master) of the departments of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, Technical Building Equipment or a comparable technical discipline, or Completed (Fach‐)high school studies (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or comparable technical studies Competences: Appropriately sound and subject-specific knowledge of the regulations and standards relevant to the technical building operation or in the building planning and construction regulations law Knowledge of public procurement law Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance and rehabilitation of real estate or in technical building management Funded knowledge in the SAP-BALIMA IT process or the willingness to acquire and expand it Knowledge of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office) and the use of the Internet and the Intranet Other: A strong understanding of BImA's services and services and customer-oriented behaviour High performance and the ability to manage even increased work accident independently, thoroughly and objectively Own initiative and the ability to conceptual and creative work Good planning and organizational capacity Reliability, sense of responsibility and enforcement Good judgment and willingness to decide Good expressiveness in word and writing High social competence and team skills willingness to participate in – including – multi-day training throughout the federal territory; Driver's licence class B and the readiness to frequent, including full-day missions (w/d) Ready to undergo a safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG
