As a technical manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for permanent representation of the team management and for the technical management of the object management team (OMT) at the Erfurt site for service-used properties in Thuringia, among others: definition of the work objectives, tasks and priorities Planning an economic, efficient and timely performance of tasks in the OMT Development of decision-making templates for the departmental and main branch management, which are of national or cross-disciplinary importance Perception of coordination and controlling tasks Technical guidance and support of employees in the team especially in the technical field Perception of the technical building management on the OMT properties
