Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You take over the processing of incoming telephone calls (e.g. orders, quote and product requests) You create and update offers, customer letters and loan contracts in coordination with the respective departments You process sample requests as well as leads from trade fairs, events and digital channels (e.g. website) and ensure a structured further processing Ensure high telephone access according to the agreed service objectives You maintain existing customer relationships through a service-oriented and reliable processing of all contacts Ensure complete and correct documentation in the CRM system You ensure the timely delivery of information and documents to customers You are active in projects to continuously improve processes and service quality with

You have a successfully completed commercial or medical (MFA) vocational training or a corresponding study or have comparable qualifications You were able to gain first or more years of professional experience in the commercial sector or in a comparable activity First experiences in working with ERP and CRM systems would be beneficial With the popular MS Office applications you are well familiar You have good English skills in word and writing A strong service idea, communication strength and good self-organization complete your profile
