You design the processes in compliance with regulatory frameworks and ensure innovation and digitalization.

As a product manager credit processes, you have an interesting task area with design areas for innovation and digitalization: Further development of credit processes and credit guidelines in coordination with the relevant departments. Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA). Analysis and optimization of existing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Coordination of the implementation of technical requirements in IT. Working in projects on digitalization and process design. Product development and innovation.

Completed bank training and corresponding further training, if necessary additional business studies Knowledge of credit transfer processes and related documentation and regulatory requirements Experience in process optimization Good German knowledge
