Secure a smooth service and guest service in the lobby, in the bar and the most beautiful outdoor terrace in Hamburg – the Linden terrace Creating service and holiday plans Implementation of the Hotel Louis C. Jacob Bar concept at our hotel, develop creative ideas together with our central R & D area, in terms of a high-quality bar concept Introduction of trainees and new employees at the bar Conducting regular training for permanent employees and trainees High flexibility and commitment Self-working and safe occurrence Implementation of a sales-oriented sale Support in creating budgets and forecasts Control of compliance with HACCP quality and hygiene standards

You have a completed training in the gastronomy or hotel industry as well as corresponding professional experience. You have first leadership experience in gastronomy. You bring good ways of handling and team skills. You have a hospitable, open-minded and communicative way. You are motivated, reliable and flexible.
