The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The Unit Z 6 “Employment Protection, Environmental Management, Property Administration” in the Department “Central Services” is responsible for the care and administration of the numerous properties of the BBR at the locations Bonn, Berlin and Cottbus, including the occupation planning.
