You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure transparency in material availability, appointments and documentation. The focus of the position is on structured planning, data quality and efficient order processing. • You take administrative activities in the work preparation in the field of construction site dispatch • You first, process and complete production orders in the warehouse management system SAP S/4HANA • Check material availability and pick-up terminals and tune them with relevant interfaces • You create and manage shipping and project documents structured and comprehensible • You plan and report customs and pickups taking into account relevant requirements • You create and maintain key figures as well as reports to support control and optimization • You can communicate safely in German and English with internal and external contact persons:in
