You actively support our employees in the Leipzig area as well as in neighbouring federal states in all IT applications – reliable, solution-oriented and with pleasure in service-oriented communication. You will be able to communicate complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner and make the everyday working of the users noticeably easier by continuously optimizing the IT infrastructure.

In detail, you take over the following tasks:

IT support & application support: You are the first point of contact with IT questions and help our employees with their know-how – understandable, solution-oriented and always at eye level. System support & Field Service: Whether on site or remote – you ensure that our operating applications and IT processes in the Leipzig area run smoothly. Project implementation & IT standards: You bring your expertise into nationwide IT projects and actively support the introduction and implementation of new IT standards. Location operations: From planning to the first login – you accompany the technical equipment of new locations and ensure a successful start. Coordination & Communication: You work closely with regional IT teams, nationwide IT compliance centers and external service providers – binding and reliable. First- & Second-Level Support: Whether hardware, software, telephony or mobile devices – you take care of quick help and sustainable solutions directly with the user.

Training & practical experience: Complete training in the IT field or a comparable qualification as well as at least two years of professional experience – ideally in support or in administration – form the basis of your profile. Experiences in decentralized structures or corporate environments are advantageous. Technical know-how & service orientation: Funded IT confession connects you with a pronounced service maintenance. Complex facts explain intelligible, think solution-oriented and always act at eye level with users. Project & organizational strength: Responsibility in projects takes you into a structured and reliable way – you can also keep an overview in dynamic phases. Communication strength: Whether in the team, communicating with colleagues on the ground or with external partners – clear, binding and addressable is of course for you.
