BFC Fahrzeugteile GmbH is an internationally operating medium-sized company in metal processing with locations in Germany, China, USA, Mexico, Turkey and Spain. In an innovative cutting method, we produce metallic scaffolding tapes/clamping profiles, which are coated with a rubber jacket as seals of all kinds, mainly used in the automotive industry and this regardless of the type of drive (electromobility, hydrogen, diesel or petrol). THE SUPPLIES OF THE BEACH:

• Business management as a business partner - cooperation with (international) business leaders to link numbers with operating business incidents
• Control of monthly and annual accounts and the analysis of financial data, plan comparisons and KPIs, as well as the establishment/tracking of measures for deviations
• Responsibility for creating budget/rolling forecast
• Responsibility for working capital and cash management

You work in a small CFO team and report to the Head of Controlling

IHR PROFIL:

• Complete business studies with the focus of Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Accounting, Business Accounting or Similar Areas
• Ideally, you will bring professional experience in a comparable function where you have connected financial knowledge with operational business understanding
• Self-responsibility and the ability to deal well with different priorities
• Good knowledge of ERP systems - ideally SAP Business One - and experience in dealing with reporting software (e.g. LucaNet) are beneficial
• Professional handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
• Good understanding of accounting and consolidation
• They actively introduce your ideas and ideas for the further development of systems and, if necessary, also direct relevant cross-disciplinary projects
