As a management of our marketing and corporate communication, you are responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of our in- and external communication. You lead your team of 4 employees professionally and disciplinaryly, develop communication structures and position our company effectively against employees, public and relevant stakeholders.

Strategic architecture: You develop an integrated communication strategy that reflects our corporate goals and proactively advise our management in all reputation-relevant issues. Excellence in Leadership: You run your team based on clarity, precision and diversity. You set guidelines, promote talent and ensure efficient operational implementation. Mediale presence & networking: You use your deep understanding of journalistic practices and your existing network at work and performance levels to effectively position SIT in the media landscape. Digital Storytelling & Branding: From the relaunch of our website to modern employer branding to the control of our social media channels: you guarantee a consistent and innovative appearance. Internal networking: You shape internal dialogue in such a way that transparency and identification can be felt across all levels.

Academic foundation: You have a completed master's degree with a focus on marketing and Communication or a comparable qualification. Experience & Network: You look at a comprehensive career in communication and/or Media science or PR and public relations. In addition, you have built up excellent networking in the industry. Guide strength: You lead out of conviction and with clear line. Their leadership experience is based on diversity and ability to navigate teams safely even in change processes. Communicative brilliance: You are absolutely text- and stylistic. Compliance with corporate identity and corporate design is just as natural for you as the ability to meet the right sound for different target groups. Methodology competence: You have deep know-how with regard to modern, interactive communication instruments and know how to use them strategically to achieve measurable success.
