You are part of the HR team and assist your colleagues in the daily tasks in the areas of personal care, personal marketing and human resources development and take responsibility for projects and tasks You work actively with colleagues in Germany and abroad With your ideas, you help to optimize our processes and processes You are responsible for selected personnel development measures You actively support applicant management and, for example, coordinate interviews and selection talks with applicants You bring your skills to a variety of corporate activities and employee events You bring your IT affinity to the design and maintenance of our internal communication platform

You are currently in an advanced semester of your studies in the field of economics, human resources management, social sciences, economic education, economic psychology or a comparable course of study Ideally, your studies have a deepening or you already have first practical experience in Human Resources You work independently and structured, you have a quick understanding We require a safe handling of the current MS Office applications as well as very good German and English skills. You are a team player and open to new experiences and have fun at work
