As colourful and diverse as our kita, as individual and unique are our children. Our WABE-Kita Rahlstedter Weg visit children and families from 14 countries of origin.

Whether under the roof in our large space of movement, in our studio, the Kneipp area, or the research area – together with the children we create an exciting everyday life. For our large children's kitchen on the ground floor, we use our vegetable highs in the outdoor area with our children. Excursions to the Rahlstedt weekly market and a weekly forest day are part of our regular excursion programme.

We are an open, creative and multicultural team and look forward to dedicated colleagues.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our children in the individual day of kita along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the needs of the children.
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.
• You are an expert in one of the following areas of education or develop these and inspire the children with your topic:
• Move
• Nature
• sense perception
• Language or language promotion
• Earliest entrance: 01.06.2026

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as a social pedagogical assistance or a comparable educational qualification recognised as equivalent by the competent body is absolutely necessary.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
