IT Project Manager / Process Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

You will accompany the start of new business at our locations until the completion of the project, in exchange with our customers, IT service providers and suppliers as well as participating internal departments. You analyze the IT requirements of our customers precisely, evaluate and develop resulting solutions – so you increase the performance of our IT processes and contribute to continuous improvement. From planning to practice: You advise and train new IT users: inside logistics systems. For practical use, you develop convincing presentations that you provide to our customers. You welcome changing tasks as part of the project work as a welcome change: you create IT calculations as well as specifications and participate in the IT brochures. The implementation of the project controller, second-level support, the processing of change requests, as well as the advice and support of the users: within your hand.

You want to face the challenge and bring our logistics service to the next level together with a team? You have first experience in the development and optimization of IT processes? In addition, you have the following skills and qualifications: You can demonstrate a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with IT focus and relevant professional experience. Alternatively, you have an IT-related training like e.g. IT businessman:wife or specialist informatics:in completed and gained extensive professional experience in project management and process management. You think of application-oriented, work closely with software developers:inside and specify the business logic – whether when designing a GUI or creating mockups. Ideally, you have IT experience in contract or automotive logistics and are experienced with relational databases, Qlik Sense or Power BI for analysis of data and with EDI standards. Whether Scrum, Waterfall or Kanban – you meet teams working with different methods and know when the right approach is. In addition to a high IT and technology affinity, you also convince us with your pronounced communication and (self) organizational strength. We rely on your fluent German in word and writing as well as good English skills and secure handling of the different products of MS Office 365, e.g. teams and Excel. You should bring a certain readiness to travel – for this you expect exciting missions and new impressions.
