What do you expect from us? Varied tasks You will learn business processes in areas such as purchasing, sales, personnel, accounting and shipping and actively participate. International perspective If you have special linguistic skills, you can participate in our EU training variant: bilingual teaching at the vocational school, stay abroad in Ireland (previously 10 weeks) and the possibility to complete a Cambridge certificate. Practice Pur From the start, you work in real projects, whether in the team or independently. You will also get to know adjacent departments such as production, logistics and technology. Your training in detail: You start with an introduction to our company and get to know all relevant departments at VAHLE step by step. At the same time, you will visit the Hansa Berufskolleg in Unna (instruction on 1-2 days a week). To ensure that you are perfectly prepared, we will support you in preparation for exams – for a successful completion with a safe feeling. If appropriate, you can also complete the EU certification with a stay abroad.
