Consulting & implementation Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made solutions with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA and the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Design and construction of modern data warehouse architectures and scalable reporting solutions Support in the introduction, migration and optimization of business intelligence processes Conducting strategic workshops with customers to develop joint analytics roadmaps Technology & Innovation Implementation of end-to-end analytic architectures based on current SAP technologies and cloud platforms Development of intuitive dashboards and KPIs that visualize data in a comprehensible and decision-relevant manner Integration of data from ERP, CRM and third-party sources into powerful, secure analytic environments Using modern methods such as AI-based insights, predictive analytics and self-service BI Project management Management of projects for the introduction and optimization of analytics solutions at our customers Ensuring quality, efficiency and time planning in all phases of the project – from analysis to go-live Close coordination with customers, development partners and interdisciplinary syntax teams worldwide Enablement & Knowledge Transfer Implementation of workshops, demos and training on SAP Analytics and Datasphere Active sharing of knowledge and mentoring of Junior Consultants Designing the Syntax Analytics portfolio through innovation and thought leadership

Multiannual consulting experience with SAP Analytics, in particular in BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes and data governance Understanding Data Architectures, Reporting Strategies and Data Drive Decision Management detectable experience in project management or subproject management Experience or first touch points with Microsoft Fabric are of advantage Individually responsible, customer-oriented and structured mode of operation Fun for cooperation, communication and international teamwork Very good knowledge of German and English
