Tasks that keep you posted: You support the domain management (Chief Product Owner and domain management) in the inclusion of new topics that can be both product-specific or cross-over as well as domain-specific or overlapping. You are responsible for the initiation, location, implementation and handover of selected new topics, initiatives and products in the PSL domain. You are structuring topics according to the MVP approach and identifying dependencies with a focus on early business benefits in close coordination with the Product Owns, Architects and the respective departments. You accompany the process of locating topics into existing, new or cross-border products. You make decisions and make sure that solutions are implemented effectively. You use and know methods (Product Health Check) for value-oriented work structuring and for success measurements (KPIs) and establish them in the PSL. For an established communication process to Business Partner:inside, the Lead Circle and the Product Ownern. You operate active stakeholder management and IT-based reporting on plans, use cases and budget stands.

Multiannual, relevant leadership experience, ideally with good previous knowledge from the trade area as well as in the best case specialist knowledge about our specialist domain PSL. IT expertise and agile mindset: You have a deeper understanding of technical systems, ideally in the context of on- and offline trade and related technological topics. You live an agile mindset and have profound knowledge in agile frameworks and methods (e.g. LESS or SAFE). Ideally you bring experience in product ownership or product management. Planning and language skills: Comprehensive knowledge of planning and forecasting methods are of course for you. In addition, you have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
