Your tasks

• independent collection and analysis of business processes
• Design, design and implementation of efficient workflow solutions
• No-code development based on graphical tools within our Decision Platform
• Continuous development and optimization of existing workflows to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Creating concepts, process documentation and presentations to illustrate complex processes in a comprehensible manner
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and IT teams for request analysis and implementation

Your profile

• Successfully completed university studies, e.g. (economic) informatics, information management, BWL with IT reference
• First practical experience in workflow or process management (practice/vocational)
• Solid technical understanding and advanced programming skills (e.g. Java, C# or comparable) as well as knowledge of graphical process visualization tools
• Embossed analytical skills for structuring complex processes
• Strong communication skills, structured and team-oriented working
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
