Machine and plant operator (m/w/d) in plastics production

You are a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) and would like to introduce your expertise in an innovative industrial company?

You work independently in the 3-layer system on modern production plants. You provide materials, provide them and ensure a smooth production start. The setup, refurbishment and start-up of the machines and equipment is part of your daily task. You monitor the ongoing production process, detect disturbances at an early stage and fix them independently. Your care ensures that our high quality standards are complied with at any time. In addition, analyze and optimize production processes to continuously increase efficiency.

You have German knowledge of at least B1 level and basic English knowledge of A1 level. You have completed technical training or have several years of professional experience in the technical field. You have craftsmanship and technical understanding and work independently, reliable and structured. You are team-ready and contribute to a positive coexistence, communicating clear, friendly and solution-oriented.
