Senior Consultant Digitalization - Change Management (m/f/d)

Knowledge found: You have a successfully completed study of (economic) psychology, economics or communication sciences, sociology or the like, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in relevant areas. Change Management Experience: You bring at least 6 years of professional experience in managing and implementing change management projects. A systemic additional training and/or certification as Agile Coach, trainer for agile methods or mediator is desirable. Workshop experience: You have profound experience in the independent conception, preparation, implementation and preparation of workshops. Agile methods: You have extensive practical experience in the application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in several projects and bring an agile mindset. Analytical skills: You are innovatively approaching analytical problems and have pronounced conceptual and systematic thinking as well as a structured way of working.
