The kita association evkita doll is looking for a dedicated managerial personality in part-time (min. 30 hours) or full-time for the St. Stephanus daycare centre in Delmenhorst from 01.01.2027. The body shall be awarded indefinitely.

Who we are

The Kita association evkita doll is a carrier of a total of 17 daycare facilities in Delmenhorst, Hude, Wildeshausen, Cloppenburg and Lohne. Our facilities have between 2 and 6 groups, a total of over 1,200 children. We work on the basis of the NKiTaG, but each kita has its own focus. The work is carried out by a democratic and Christian basic attitude, which we pass on especially in daily coexistence, but also through celebrations and celebrations of the various cultures.

The St. Stephanus daycare centre consists of 3 groups for a total of 75 children aged 3 years to training. The employees: in relation to the children, You understand themselves as their companions: Learning partners:inside and trusted persons, who lovingly and committed them in their individual support development.

· Ensuring pedagogical quality and continuous development of the pedagogical profile in cooperation with the team · Administrative and technical management of the institution with a high degree of self-management, work organisation and time management · Ensuring smooth operation in technical, business and organizational terms · Coordination of up to 15 employees: inside, including personnel management, development and deployment planning; Creation of schedules and working time controls · Organisation and implementation of employee talks, promotion of team development and recruitment and introduction of new team members · Cooperation with parents, parents' bodies and the institution as well as networking with other actors in child and youth assistance in the social area · Conceptual development of the facility based on internal quality standards and resource optimization · Management of finance, budget, safety, hygiene, order and maintenance of kita including material procurement · Responsibility for compliance with statutory regulations and regulations and information management · Your working time includes 15 hours for management tasks. The remaining working hours are flexible and supportive in the Kita's educational office.

You have completed their studies in the field of social education or toddler education with state recognition and/or training as a state-approved teacher:in. An additional training in the field of social management, kita management or the like or well-founded practical experience in the field of organization, management, administration and first experiences as a kita management or representation are also desirable. Their guiding style includes heart and mind as well as openness, transparency and eye height. You have the ability to organize, structure and prioritize tasks and have sound educational skills with children of all ages. Creativity and dedication are of course for you when it comes to developing and implementing pedagogical concepts. You bring openness to digitalization.
