Expert - ServiceNow (w/m/d)

Solution Architecture: You define target architectures and implementation roadmaps for the ServiceNow Platform, perform solutioning workshops in the pre-sales and answer the end-to-end design for modules such as ITSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, SPM/APM and ITAM/SAM/HAM. Implementation: You are implementing requirements in User Stories, configuring and developing iteratively, realizing integrations into third-party systems and ensuring test and release security – including building clean CMDB structures with ITOM Discovery. Advisory: You advise clients on platform governance, role and data models, change and release strategies, support platform teams and operating models and optimierst processes in ITSM, IRM/GRC and SecOps. Workflowmanagemen: You implement security, risk and compliance workflows, configure HR and CSM cases including industry-specific integrations, and introduce AI-based features such as Virtual Agent, Task Intelligence and GenAI, taking into account governance requirements.

Complete study: You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) informatics, economics, industrial engineering, natural sciences or comparable. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture, implementation or consulting. Expertise: You have a deep understanding in at least one ServiceNow field (e.g. ITSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps), as well as relevant technical, methodical and product-specific certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS). • Communication strength: You have very good language skills in German (C1 level) and English, and you will be sure to experience the different hierarchical levels of our customers.
