Planning, organisation and monitoring of national and international transport (road, sea and air freight) Disposition of vehicles and subcontractors in national and international transport Communication with customers, partners and carriers in several languages Creation and control of transport and customs documents Tracking and Proactive Information Management Cost control and optimization of transport processes Complaint processing and problem solving in daily business

Complete training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in disposition, ideally in the international environment Very good language skills in German and English (further languages such as French, Spanish or Polish of advantage) Secure handling of MS Office and common forwarding programs Organisational design, loadability and pronounced communication skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
