Location: Mulfingen / Duration: 5 – 6 months / Type of employment: mandatory internship

In the planning and implementation of global leadership programmes actively shape our leadership understanding and bring it into the organization Accompany the implementation of the learning target and support the support of concrete measures Support projects to further develop our learning culture, e.g. in competence management

Studies in the field of BWL, Human Resources, Educational Management, Psychology or Similar Study Course Structured, reliable and independent operation Communication strength as well as learning and performance Interest in leadership topics and modern learning concepts Good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment
