You like to work in an interdisciplinary manner with main and honorary office, have pronounced moderate and communicative competencies, have a secure sense of ethical questions and act independently and responsibly. You are able to integrate different interests and growing structures and develop them constructively. Experiences in the field of organisational development or corresponding additional qualifications (e.g. systemic approaches) are advantageous. A source of hospice is desirable, but no condition. Your ability to identify with the values and themes of hospice work and palliative care is crucial.

General responsibility for the management and further development of the Hospice Centre in cooperation with a strong specialist and leadership team

Professional, human and economic management of the Centre together with the expert and management team

Leadership, motivation and promotion of main and volunteers as well as active design of an appreciation, open team culture at eye level

Conceptual and structural expansion of offers and services (construction and execution organisation) - including in the areas of grief management and child and youth hospices - in accordance with the social needs, the needs of patients, families and volunteers as well as the legal requirements

Ensuring a holistic, hospice-palliative, quality-secured and demand-oriented support of patients, to attendees and their relatives

Cooperation in networks and cooperation with the Board of Trustees and the Circle of Friends

Support for active press and public relations

Embossed identification with hospicides and enthusiasm for the principles of hospice work and palliative care Complete studies in social affairs / in social work, health, care management, business management or a comparable degree Multiannual professional and management experience in social and health care in the context of hospice work and palliative care, for example, in the direction of a hospice, a palliative or hospice service Experiences with honorary or own volunteer experiences (requestable) Embossed social and communicative skills, empathy, resilience and a high degree of organizational ability Safe handling of economic, legal and quality requirements in hospices Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation, cross-disciplinary thinking and independent, responsible work in the team Identification with the Christian human image as well as the willingness to make it recognizable in attitude, thinking and action Additional qualification in Palliative Care is advantageous, but no requirement
