The S-Bahn Berlin GmbH is a central mobility service provider for the capital Berlin with 1,400,000 buses:inside per working day, approx. 3,000 trips per working day, 671 vehicles and the 340 kilometres long route network

Your tasks:

You take over the planning, execution and management of challenging investment and maintenance projects for machine engineering plants in the maintenance workshops of the S‐Bahn Berlin In your working day, you tax highly complex A projects with a volume of up to €6 million, such as the procurement or replacement investment of underfloor cranes, cranes You are responsible for additional B- and C-projects, such as the modernisation, conversion or maintenance of cranes (up to 30 t), suction systems and presses Through all performance phases of HOAI (1–8), you will ensure structured project management – from planning to procurement and implementation to commissioning You are responsible for budgeting for assigned projects with a total volume of up to €15 million In your management function, you will guide and support project leaders:in B‐ and C-projects and take an active mentor role for junior colleagues: In addition, you implement S‐Bahn-specific requirements for IMS / SMS / ISMS and act as a central contact person e.g. during the preparation and monitoring of audits, process and policy assessments

Your profile:

You have completed university studies (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical engineering, in industrial engineering or in a comparable field Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented work as well as a high quality, cost and time consciousness are of course for you You bring long-term, relevant professional experience in the project management of machine technology plants (MTA) – ideally related to infrastructure, maintenance You can also keep track of a variety of parallel projects and control them safely and targeted You have a very good methodological know-how in project management.
