For the service section we are looking for Customer Career Service (m/w/d)

• technical advice from our customers (installers, end customers, etc.) as well as service technicians in application questions, disruptions or complaints of our products and systems using digital service tools
• Development and coordination of solutions and optimizations with the departments
• Recording, recording and processing of customer requests, such as complaint processes
• Interface to our suppliers and customers in services
