The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Qualification: Completed university degree (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) of Business Administration, Real Estate Administration, completed further education on/to the real estate specialist (IHK), audited economic specialist (IHK) or comparable qualification Competences: Expertise in real estate law, in particular rental law and operating costs regulation, as well as as as practical experience in real estate management Knowledge of general contract law and business knowledge knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire these short term Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Further requirements: Class B driving licence and the readiness to travel (even as a self-driver) Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
