Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

• Self-fulfilment of the supply system (offering according to technical specifications or customer drawings)

• Self-employed processing of orders, order processing and order confirmations

• Regular telephone customer support

• Close cooperation with the field staff, project managers and sales partners (including clarification of price assumptions)

• coordination and monitoring of delivery dates with upstream and downstream departments

• Complaint processing

• Continuous master data maintenance

• a successfully completed training as an industrial businessman or comparable commercial training

• Professional experience in sales are advantageous, but not necessarily necessary

• a safe handling of MS Office is required

• Good communication skills and an open-minded way

• good knowledge of English and basic technical understanding are advantageous

• Careful, structured and independent working

• Team skills and negotiation skills complete your profile
