Manager Project Financing (Inventory and Risk Management)

Comprehensive support for project financing over the entire duration – from credit disbursement to ongoing monitoring to final repayment Analysis of existing financing structures with regard to risks and optimization potentials Individually responsible identification of the need for action in stock finances, active development of sound decision options and coordination of internal areas of expertise to develop solutions Control and monitoring of changes to existing financing, including Waivers and Amendments Negotiations with financing partners and independent development of complex credit agreements Continuous monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations and ongoing assessment of credit and project risks Risk-oriented analysis of the existing portfolio and active participation in the further development of internal risk processes Assessment of credit structures and their impact on the risk and earnings situation Close cooperation with internal departments as well as contact for external financing partners Working on Process Improvement Projects

Successfully completed studies of business management or a comparable degree programme At least five years of professional experience in the risk-related support of project financing, ideally in the market succession or credit department of a bank Funded knowledge in the credit business and experience in active support of project financing over their entire life cycle Impressed risk awareness and good sense of economic relations Very good analytical skills, fast understanding and solution-oriented thinking Safe handling of complex financial models Structured, independent and precise operation Communication strength and distinct ability to coordinate different stakeholders German and English knowledge in word and writing
