You are responsible for personnel development with training and development offers for us such as competence management You develop our e-learnings You advise our employees and managers on their further development and implement the development measures You are responsible for the coordination and further development of company-wide training You carry out (partial) projects independently and, together with the team, you will participate in further personnel projects.

You have a successfully completed study or a completed commercial training with a focus on staff Ideally, you bring experience in the areas of personnel development and training You have very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) You are a team player with good communication skills A high level of willingness to learn and the ability to work independently complete your profile
