Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced manager (w/m/div.) for the role of Senior Manager Commercial Excellence, which helps us accelerate the overall success of Bosch Building Technologies. In this role, you work closely with the top management of Building Technologies and are responsible for, among others: Project management of interdisciplinary project teams as part of commercial excellence projects as well as presentation of work results before CEO, CFO, Business Unit Leads Project management for the implementation of the measures defined in the framework of a pricing project and tracking the achievement of these measures Participation in the further development of Commercial Excellence Tools and their implementation and improvement Best Practice Training and Coaching of Sales Excellence Employees in Four Business Units (in Europe and North America)

Education: Completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification Experience and know-how: experience in commercial excellence and/or pricing in strategy consulting International experience (study and/or profession) Strong analytical thinking that transfers complex topics in clear priorities and directions Ideally industry knowledge in the area of building technologies or adjacent industries

Personality and working methods: Strategic and result-oriented personality with strong customer orientation and affinity for agile approach in constantly changing business requirements Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to evaluate different perspectives and to remain open to problem solving and creative
