We are looking for a dedicated Manager Infrastructure & Maintenance (m/w/d), which leads our team and ensures reliable operation as well as continuous development of our technical infrastructure. Management and further development of the maintenance and building management team (4 employees) Strategic development of the technical infrastructure, production and test areas End-to-end project management (planning, budgeting, implementation) in the areas of infrastructure, HLK, test benches and logistics Ensuring effective troubleshooting and continuous optimization of energy, environmental and system performance Maintenance and further development of the technical control and monitoring systems and development of the test infrastructure for precision air conditioning systems Coordination of construction and renovation projects as well as management of external partners, contracts and service providers Monitoring procurement, compliance, regulatory communication and optimization of maintenance databases and TPM-based maintenance cycles

Complete technical training (supply technology, electrical/metal) with further training as master or technician Multiannual experience in project planning and maintenance of domestic, operational and process engineering (HKLS, TGA, production/storage technology, etc.) Knowledge of foreign companies and facility management Safe in handling legal security requirements and authorities IT know-how for building/process control systems, ERP knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside the regular working time
