For our branch in Ulm we are looking for a full-time support for our team Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for individual support of the professional integration process of people with mental illnesses.

Psychosocial accompaniment of people affected by health Advising people for career reorientation Conducting individual talks to support and stabilise Introduction of group work to promote competences Project-related cooperation with cost providers and other cooperation partners Acquisition of training/workplaces Active placement in cooperation companies Ready to cover lessons

You have a corresponding degree in Psychology Experiences in occupational rehabilitation/integration or comparable experience in work with rehabilitation students are desirable. Interest in interdisciplinary work and professional integration It draws you a resource- and solution-oriented attitude as well as a structured and self-organized way of working Team-oriented work and a pronounced social competence
