Your tasks in the institution are:

• You receive our visitors and relatives in our facility
• As the first contact point for our residents and guests, you are contact persons for information of all kinds
• You take care of the processing of the resulting correspondence
• You do the post processing and administration of the cash registers
• They support management in their field of responsibility

• They preferably have a completed commercial training in the areas of office management, office communication, etc. with professional experience in healthcare
