As a leading personality, you take over the overall responsibility for the Caritas Youth Aid Haus Christophorus and manage the facility in professional, human and economic terms. With a strategic vision, you will develop existing offers together with the support company and will consistently align them with the current and future needs of child and youth aid. You always have a look at current social and political developments. The sustainable binding, extraction and development of employees will help you actively and promote a modern, participative leadership culture. In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you are represented by the institution and contribute to the positive positioning of the Caritas Youth Aid House Christophorus in the regional environment.

You have a completed study of social work, social education, psychology, educational sciences, social management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in child and youth assistance, distinguishes your professional career. Operational knowledge or additional qualifications enable you to conduct a responsible economic management of the facility. With a modern leadership understanding, you can motivate employees, promote participation and successfully accompany change processes.
