Your tasks include receiving and processing service orders in the area of workshop equipment and testing technology You advise our customers by phone to technical service and to maintenance concepts The operational planning of service technicians and subcontractors for Mondays, instructions, repairs and maintenance work is your responsibility You calculate prices for services and spare parts and create invoices. In doing so, you tune cunning regulations in complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction To strengthen service quality, take an active part in performance shows and conferences

You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in the automotive industry You have good computer skills, especially in handling the MS Office package Your customer orientation is highly pronounced and you bring a professional and friendly appearance with Communication strength, team skills and a structured way of working Secure German knowledge round your profile
