Sommelier (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you are responsible for receiving and consulting our guests, as well as professional guest support at the highest level and thus a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will also be involved in the production of the wine card, purchasing, inventory and employee training and support both the restaurant management and colleagues in the service.

You are hosts of passion and have fun in people You have a completed training in the hotel industry and experience in the upscale gastronomy You have successfully completed a recognized training for sommelier or comparable examination or have already extensive experience with sound wine knowledge You have good German skills, at least B1 levels You are communicative and have fun in good service. You also keep an overview when there is an increased work situation. You like to work in a young team and don’t want to be part of a team in a classless hotel. You can plan ahead and dispose accordingly. You also keep an overview in challenging situations and do not lose the rest. You know the importance of cleanliness and order and can comply with the HACCP guidelines.
