You plan, analyze and control the investment budgets of the Marine Systems Group incl. Reference/actual comparisons and determination of measures within the framework of the financial statements. They are responsible for the annual budgeting of the investment funds. In cooperation with the Quality Management, they are responsible for the preparation and implementation of regular business and risk-oriented investment checks and ad hoc checks in the domestic and foreign companies of thyssenkrupp Marine Systems. As part of these audits, you will identify and evaluate essential commercial risk fields and control processes for compatibility with policies and corporate tasks, evaluate the audit results, derive measures and track their implementation. You create adhoc analyses and evaluations, perform cost-effectiveness analyses and evaluate business cases. They work internally and at group level in projects and support the strategic development of the controlling.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed degree in business management, with the focus on controlling or have a comparable training with relevant professional experience. They have several years of experience in controlling an international group of companies in shipbuilding, plant engineering or mechanical engineering. They are characterized by a high number affinity, a great resilience and excellent skills for the compaction and visualization of commercial relationships in terms of IKS and guidelines. Targeted aging also under time pressure and an independent procedure are of course for you. Your environment convinces you due to their pronounced communicative skills and team spirit. They have good knowledge of English in word and writing.
