You work closely with project managers from IT and specialist areas and gain insights into innovative technologies, agile working methods and company-wide transformation projects. Your tasks include: These challenges include: Support for project management in the planning, control and implementation of strategic digitization and AI initiatives

Cooperation in the collection, structuring and prioritization of requirements (Requirements Engineering)

Preparation, moderation and preparation of workshops and project rounds

Creation of management presentations and decision templates

Support for the analysis, evaluation and introduction of new AI-based solutions and procedures

Preparation of complex facts for different target groups in a comprehensible and addressable form

Conducting research, analysis and special tasks in the context of digitalization, AI and process optimization

Support in the further development of processes, methods and collaboration formats

The activity can begin from October 2027.

Continuous study of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme

Extensive interest in artificial intelligence, digitization and new technologies

Ability to quickly orientate into complex technological and process topics

First experiences in project management, requirements engineering or business analysis are advantageous

Interest in product development, digital platforms and data-driven processes

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

First experiences with tools like Jira, Miro/Mural, Github or comparable collaboration tools

Structured, analytical and independent operation

High levels of communication and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way
